We work a little bit differently around here with our Class D License... what does that mean? When you purchase your pig, Pemberton Meat Company will process it, and get it into the walk in cooler. If a customer wishes for their pig to be broken down into common cuts, we can provide a list of butchers who can break your pig down into those cuts.
How will the process work?
Once your transaction is completed and you reserve your pig, you will receive confirmation by email. Included in the email will be a cut form, this is where you will fill out cut preferences and send it back for us to communicate to the butcher. We will contact you once we arrange the date in which your pig will be processed which will depend on the chosen butcher's availability.
The price you pay today will be a nonrefundable deposit for reserving a whole pig (this amount will equal approximately half of your payment). Prices of each pig will vary based on their weight.
